Thread lifting/Re-dermalisation
Threads are inserted under the skin with needles in a net-like pattern. These threads then tighten and lift the skin in the desired direction and pattern, elevating and re-positioning fat pads in the process to reduce sagging.
As sutures dissolve, they stimulate the production of your body’s natural collagen. As a result, once the sutures are fully dissolved, you will have a remaining structure in natural collagen remaining under the skin that has been tightened.
Threads are used in the face and body to lift arms, breasts, buttocks, thighs, abdomen and facial skin.
Fillers create volume in areas of the skin that have, lost volume, aged and wrinkled over time. The most commonly used is Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Hyaluronic acid is found in the human body in the skin, cartilage, joints and the eye. In skin tissue, hyaluronic acid fills the space between collagen and elastin fibres.
The typical areas treated are:
• Nasolabial folds (lines from the end of the nose to the end of the lips), • Perioral area (wrinkles around the lips), • Wrinkles of the cheeks, and • Marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth to the jawline, accentuating the downturn of the mouth) • Lip augmentation which provides definition to lips which have become thin and wrinkled • Volume replacement for “tear-trough deformity” (hollow under-eye circles), hollow cheeks, cheek-lift, brow-lift and • Re-sculpting and strengthening the jaw line by lessening the effect of jowls and sagging.
Meso Botulinum Toxin is the injection of a neuro toxin useful to treat and prevent wrinkles mainly in the upper face. They can take the tension out of a face and make a face look more relaxed and youthful. They work by weakening muscles which are responsible for wrinkles. By removing the cause, the wrinkle fades and becomes less noticeable.
The toxin is used to treat crow's feet (facial wrinkles around the eye area), forehead lines, frown lines and excessive sweating of the armpits, palms or the soles of your feet.
