Medical rejuvenation involves body and face optimization of the physiology through the use of various mechanisms to stimulate the body’s growth factors to induce cell repair, cell regeneration with own blood stem cells and platelet rich plasma, medical light, carbon dioxide, mecano stimulation and other medical devices and solution treatments.

Medical Rejuvenation

The Reatha Rejuvenation Centre treatment approach includes bio stimulation prior to all treatments through LED light therapy, carboxy therapy and endermology mecano-stimulation for face and body.

LED Light Therapy

Medical Opto Spectrum Therapy (MOST) Leds is backed by scientific confirmation of the efficiency of specific light wavelengths (colours) to accelerate the healing process and treat several skin problems namely stretch marks, acne, photo ageing, hair loss etcetera.

Carboxytherapy

By the age 30, oxygen levels in your skin drop by 25% and 50% by age 40. The body naturally gets its oxygen through basic breathing, but factors like pollution reduce the levels. The body will first utilize oxygen in the major organs and lastly go to the skin. When the skin doesn't get enough oxygen, it becomes more prone to aging, acne, redness, irritation and age spots.

Carboxytherapy infuses CO 2 just beneath the skin’s surface; the body interprets this as an oxygen deficit and responds by increasing blood flow and growth factors such as VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor) for example encourages production of new blood vessels.

Endermology Mecano Stimulation

LPG® Mécano-stimulation targets the main causes of ageing by reactivating fibroblast functions and circulatory exchanges, aiming to improve cutaneaous homeostasis and trophicity (skin blood supply and drainage).

The ERGOLIFT treatment head with its patented MPF (Motorized Pulsating Flaps) technology provides Multi-dimensional stimulation on the skin’s surface for an intense physiological awakening: as if their youth has been restored, the stimulatd fibroblasts operate from within to produce a true metamorphosis of the skin.c

Chemical Skin Peels

Chemical Skin Peels
A chemical peel is a controlled treatment that uses exfoliating acids on the skin to treat pigmentation, acne, scarring, ageing, rough texture, pores etc. This procedure effectively resurfaces the skin and removes old, damaged skin and stimulates new epidermal growth.

Mesotherapy – Face neck and body – Vitamin Cocktails

Mesotherapy – Face neck and body – Vitamin Cocktails
Mesotherapy is the introduction of a cocktail of vitamins, minerals, co-enzymes and amino acids just beneath the epidermis. Each ingredient has a specific action within the cells of the treatment area and they work to improve the signs of ageing. As a reaction to the micro-wounds created, the body produces more collagen to repair the treated skin. The body will continue to produce collagen even after the punctures have completely subsided, to keep it healthy and glowing.

Uses: • Fine and medium wrinkles • Slack skin • General rejuvenation of the skin • Stretch marks • Skin hydration • Skin quality, texture and appearance • Scarring • Pigmentation

Mesotherapy – Face neck and body – Blood Products

Mesotherapy – Face neck and body – Blood Products
Mesotherapy of introduction of the patients own blood products, plasma rich platelets, growth factors, fibrin and stem cells.

Based on an innate wound-healing ability, the therapy is performed by injecting components collected from the blood and is associated with no risk of allergy or infections. The interaction between PRP and white blood cells results in the release of growth factors that potentiate the natural healing power and tissue reorganization potential at injection sites and subsequent regeneration of the skin.

The PRP enrichment rate is three to five times higher than that for conventional procedures, and the time to benefit is reduced to one-fourth.

Uses: • Skin rejuvenation • Hair Loss • Vaginal Rejuvenation • Scarring • Wound healing

For separation of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) this is a three-step process:

Step 1: Collection of patient’s own blood

Step 2: Separation of Platelet Component – A specific filter and a centrifuge are used to prepare platelet-rich plasma (PRP) containing autologous white blood cells.

Step 3. Injection of Platelet Component – The platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with autologous white blood cells is injected into the area of concern. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes from blood collection to injection.

Thread lifting/Re-dermalisation

Thread lifting/Re-dermalisation
Threads are inserted under the skin with needles in a net-like pattern. These threads then tighten and lift the skin in the desired direction and pattern, elevating and re-positioning fat pads in the process to reduce sagging.

As sutures dissolve, they stimulate the production of your body’s natural collagen. As a result, once the sutures are fully dissolved, you will have a remaining structure in natural collagen remaining under the skin that has been tightened.

Threads are used in the face and body to lift arms, breasts, buttocks, thighs, abdomen and facial skin.

Fillers create volume in areas of the skin that have, lost volume, aged and wrinkled over time. The most commonly used is Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Hyaluronic acid is found in the human body in the skin, cartilage, joints and the eye. In skin tissue, hyaluronic acid fills the space between collagen and elastin fibres.

The typical areas treated are:

• Nasolabial folds (lines from the end of the nose to the end of the lips), • Perioral area (wrinkles around the lips), • Wrinkles of the cheeks, and • Marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth to the jawline, accentuating the downturn of the mouth) • Lip augmentation which provides definition to lips which have become thin and wrinkled • Volume replacement for “tear-trough deformity” (hollow under-eye circles), hollow cheeks, cheek-lift, brow-lift and • Re-sculpting and strengthening the jaw line by lessening the effect of jowls and sagging.

Meso Botulinum Toxin is the injection of a neuro toxin useful to treat and prevent wrinkles mainly in the upper face. They can take the tension out of a face and make a face look more relaxed and youthful. They work by weakening muscles which are responsible for wrinkles. By removing the cause, the wrinkle fades and becomes less noticeable.

The toxin is used to treat crow's feet (facial wrinkles around the eye area), forehead lines, frown lines and excessive sweating of the armpits, palms or the soles of your feet.

Lipolytic Injections

Lipolytic Injections
These injections help break down and dissolve unwanted fatty deposits thereby improving the shape of the body and remove unwanted fatty pockets like the double chin, love handles and fatty pockets around the knees, to name a few.

The fat dissolving injections target the membranes of the fat cells, causing them to be damaged and breakdown. The body then removes these broken and damaged fat cells through the lymphatic system. This treatment is ideal for people who have a normal BMI and are not significantly overweight. An elasticised garment is worn on the treated area for two weeks.

The Deoxycholate injections can be administered anywhere the body stores fat, typically:

• Chin • Underarms (“Bat Wings”) • Back • Flanks (“Love Handles”) • Buttocks • Thighs (inner and outer) • Knees • Abdomen • Ankles
